A private culinary challenge — the adrenaline of competition kitchens
You have watched Top Chef wondering what you would do with the same ingredients. Chef Arena is the answer — a private challenge format, in your villa in Saint-Martin, refereed by Chef Paul Gibert.
Two or more teams go head to head over trials designed bespoke for your group: a mystery basket, an imposed technical test, a free dish in 30 minutes. The Chef plays the part of the jury — demanding, honest, and on hand to quietly coach those who need it.
In the end, everyone eats what was produced. And more often than not, it is delicious.
A typical run-of-show

Briefing & forming the teams
The Chef lays out the rules, the available ingredients and the constraints of the trial. Teams take shape — rivalries welcome.

The trial
A mystery basket, an imposed technique or a free dish — one or several trials depending on the duration you choose. The Chef circulates, observes, and stirs things up when needed.

Presentation & deliberation
Each team presents its dish. The Chef judges on taste, technique and presentation — with rigour and humour.
- 04
The dinner
The dishes produced are served at the table with wine pairings. The Chef rounds things out where needed so no one leaves hungry.
