Every service begins with your culinary DNA: allergies, tastes, number of guests, the atmosphere you want. Chef Paul Gibert then composes an entirely bespoke menu, selects his produce from the finest local and international suppliers, and arrives at your home with everything required — equipment, produce, cellar.
The result: a Michelin-level dinner, in the comfort and intimacy of your villa, without the formality of a restaurant.
How an evening unfolds

Preferences form
You fill in your culinary DNA online. The chef receives your tastes, allergies, intolerances, number of guests and the atmosphere you want.

Menu composition
Within 24 hours, you receive a bespoke menu proposal with food & wine pairings. Adjustments are possible until final approval.

Sourcing & mise en place
The chef handles all the shopping and arrives at your villa 2 to 3 hours before service for the mise en place.

The service
Palace-style table service. The chef remains present to present each dish, suggest the wine pairings and adapt the pace to your evening.

Complete cleaning
The kitchen is left impeccable at the end of the service. You stay at the table — the rest is none of your concern.
